Hi mummies to be i have a question im 6 weeks pregnant today with my 4th and i just dont feel pregnant i havnt had many symptoms except diarrhoea and tiredness and the occasional tingle from the girls i dont feel sick i havnt gone off food i dont feel different i took 3 tests and all positive and missed period my question is is this normal i have a drs appointments tomorrow
