Am I really going to do this?

Tomorrow I am getting my IUD taken out and not putting another one in. I have something akin to PCOS so I am not expecting to be able to conceive right away, but Murphy's law I would. Am I really going to do this again? I have a three year old and a 13 year old step child...I think the sticker fits how I feel.
