What should I expect at my 7 week ultrasound? I didn't even know I wa pregnant when I was 7 weeks with my daughter so I'm not sure what to expect. Tips please

This was 6w6d. They did let us hear the heartbeat though

A background health assessment, first ultrasound, they'll look for the heartbeat but don't worry if they don't find it, some people don't hear it until the second trimester. And your doctor should schedule bloodwork and a glucose tolerance test, depending on your health history.
