Hey pregnant friends! I'm feeling low abdominal cramps but haven't experienced and spotting yet. I'm nervous but maybe this is normal? I know our bodies are constantly changing so maybe this is just another series of cramps that marks my uterus growing? I'm 7 weeks 2 days today according to glow. The other possibility is (kinda gross) is gas cramps. My stomach hasn't been the best throughout the pregnancy so far. Instead of throwing up I've been dealing with the opposite end of things. Any thoughts or insights? Truly appreciate knowing if someone else has experienced anything similar.
