I'm 5w and experienced bad cramps after masturbation. I'm freaking out after reading online that women have had miscarriages after this. Anyone else experiencing this? My first appointment isn't until 8w. I will be devestated if I caused something.

Well orgasms cause your uterus to contract so more than likely it is normal. If you were further along like 2nd/3rd trimester I would say you should be a little concerned.
