I disagree with the day before. I've had IUIs and they strongly suggest not bding prior to the procedure meaning they are inseminating you the day of and then suggest you do the dance again that night for good measure. Just a thought.

I read a study (lame, I know, but I'm a nurse 😁) that two days before is optimal.
