bleeding after period ?!!!

Come off my period 4 days ago and am now bleeding again and its amoderate amount of blood 😕😭 what can this be im scared ?

Go get checked out by a Dr. I had 2 periods in Dec. 2016. I started like I was suppose to on the 13th-19th, had a normal cycle. Then started again Dec. 26th-Jan 1st. Like another normal cycle except it was my second one for the month. Took a test on Jan. 3rd it was positive, on the 6th of Jan. I was in ER having ER surgery for a tubal pregnancy. My left tube had ruptured and baby had implanted on my pelvic bone.
