IUI relying on OPK test?

Hi! Does the blinky smiley face on OPK test mean I should call to schedule the IUI with my doctor or wait for the solid smiley face on the OPK? I'm scheduled for a sono and bloodwork tomorrow but I feel like I'm going to miss when I ovulate when it's time to do the IUI. Thoughts?

After the bloodwork it turns out I'm not ovulating on my own and will be getting the trigger shot tomorrow morning. I was told that my follies look good: 23, 17, 17, 16, 14, 14. We've been trying to conceive for 3 years so hopefully this is it. I'm trying to be optimistic. This is our 2nd IUI.

I'm supposed to have my first iui.  I've had 4 days work of a flashing face meaning high fertility but am nervous a peak is not coming.  The doctors don't want to do the trigger because o have healthyfollicle count and am ovulating on my own but I'm so anxious!! Any insight?

We get scheduled after peak/solid.

My doctor had me call as soon as I got the *positive* OPK and schedule. They always asked me what day/time it was positive then scheduled my IUI accordingly.
