Extra fluid/enlarged kidneys?

Hi everyone. We went for our anatomy scan yesterday and we were told our little one has extra fluid in their kidneys and they are enlarged. They said this could be a sign of Down syndrome. Has anyone else had this happen?

My good friend had this and her baby was fine.  It's more common in boys supposedly.

Yeah my LO had some extra fluid but it's resolving on its own now that he's born. And he doesn't have Down syndrome. It's very common, especially in baby boys. I wouldn't be worried unless they said there were other markers too.
