Please Help! I'm so confused!

So last week I remember telling y'all that I got a positive OPK 3 days in a row, and these are results.

Now today because I was feeling weird, I decided to do another test OPK since it's too early for a pregnancy test so I used an ovulation strip because I read that they can detect pregnancy and I got this

So now I'm confused all over again because I had a HUGE temp dip yesterday that went back up today, so I thought implantation?! Has anyone had this similar issue, or know more and can explain it to me?! This is month 2 so I'm like still learning.
