I don't know why but I have lost 3 kg since I started?!?

Gain right right before then i dont eat much during and go back down to the same weight as before

I usually lose weight, becausd my cramps makes it difficult for me to eay.

Some people just put on water weight, or binge on their period, which is why they'd put on weight. Do you think there could be other factors affecting your weight loss? I've never heard of anyone losing weight on their period
