I am so stressed and at a loss for what to do

We have been tested and there is nothing wrong with us, we are unexplained inferility. I am just so frustrated. We don't have answers, they found a polyp last month th but they don't know if that's the issue or how long it has been there. It was removed and this cycle we tried naturally. I am 7dpo and I just feel down, like it didn't happen. I think I would feel better if I had answers so we could have a solution. Right now it's trial and error😢 we conceived 6 years ago. Any advice would be great. It's consuming my mind and idk what to do anymore
