BFP? Three faint lines today

Ashley • My son and 1st child born 2/14/13 - pregnant with my daughter, baby #2 11/30/15!! Very excited!
Today in the am I took FR test on the top. Bottom one and middle just now... One dollar store and one FR. All showed up in 5 min or less. I'm 12 dpo and having cramping on and off twinges, and extreme fatigue. Tweakers welcome! I am current taking 7.5 mg of letrozole and metformin. It's been a long road and looking for answers!
