So I'm very terrified to take my ring out. I went through lots of pain and I really do not want it closing! Ive had it about 4/5 years but never changed the ring. I took it out for my 20 week ultrasound and had difficulty putting it back in, not because it started closing but just putting it through the hole with a round belly was hard lol. Anyways, I know keeping it in is bad and could also cause stretchmarks but would a retainer do the same? I just want to try something out that won't risk it closing up! Any reviews on retainers? Where you got yours? Photos of it? Etc!!
