Ok day 2 of Whole30 and I'm so miserable! But I need to lose 40-50 pounds and I need to take drastic measures.
Before I got pregnant with my son I was overweight at 168. Then got up to about 215 before he was born and went down to 190 about 2 weeks after he was born but haven't lost more than 2 pounds (that I regained) since then. He's 8 months today.
So my goal is 140-150 pounds and I'm just so pessimistic about it. I'm hungry, grumpy, and exhausted all day long. And I don't think I'll actually lose weight on it so I have like almost zero motivation to stick with it.
Anyone else doing Whole30 or have done it in the past? What was your experience?
