Pregnant or PMS

So I'll give you all the full story. So a couple of weeks ago I was late for my period June 7-10 and I took HPT the 13th and 14th of June and they had faint lines. Well I went to the doctor that next day and blood test it came back negative. They told me I could test at home again. Well I spotted for like 2 day and it wasn't a heavy flow just off and on. I took a test this morning but it was negative but thing is last night I was having lower back pain and pinching feeling in my side. Also I've been extremely bloated since lastnight. So I really don't know what to think of this. Picture is from the 14th of June.
