Everyone is saying no but I never had spots or dandruff and within week of BFP I've had it ever since ! This baby has messed my skin up!

Changes in your skin texture (becoming too dry or too oily) is definitely related to pregnancy. Dandruff is usually dead skin falling off of your head but sometimes it can also be product buildup that people just assume is dead skin. I work at a beauty supply store and we get quite a few pregnant women that come in and say that their hair has changed texture as well as their skin.
