MTHFR cause for miscarriages

Anyone else been tested for the gene mutation MTHFR? After two miscarriages I found out I am heterogeneous for C677T and A1298C. Lots of new studies being done that suggest this mutation can cause blood clots (cutting off food supply to the fetus) and make it harder to absorb folic acid properly, which could lead to birth defects.
