Big move

I been off and on with my ex for years... Well he came in town last week and we spent the night together! He confessed that he wants me to move back to be with him officially again and wants to have a baby together. We already have a child each from past relationships. I want to move back but I'm nervous and I miss and love him!! Should I make that big move??
