4 weeks tomorrow!

Hey all! I just got my BFP on Monday! I'll be 4 weeks tomorrow, and tonight I've been having some cramping. No blood or spotting, but the cramping is AF-like. Just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about? I am going to my first appointment on Monday.
