4 months post partum ovulation?!

So I'm almost 4 months post c-section. I tried breastfeeding and it didn't work out, so I've gotten my period 3 times since Abby's birth. I know I'm ovulating, but has anyone noticed a change in their ovulation? I used to always be able to feel the small twinge for about a minute and then nothing until my period came 14 days later. This cycle, I'm on day 2 of like, hardcore ovulation. Soooo much egg white CM and bad lower backache, and consistent cramping on my right side ovary. I was diagnosed with PCOS before baby but it was managed through diet and exercise to the point I no longer had symptoms. Is this something normal or should I bring it up with my doc
