Skin to Skin at night?

Is it weird that I sleep with my daughter (2 weeks old) in just underwear? She's usually naked too (just her diaper). It's just me and her.. my mom & grandma seems to be kind of weirded out about it but it's easier and bonding for us. I'm also breastfeeding and don't feel like having to take off a shirt all night long to feed my daughter. What do y'all think? 🤔

It's called skin to skin for a reason.... babies that little need that kind of attachment andso do mommies. It helps milk supply too so that's a plus 😁😁 it's honestly a generational thing... my mom is like, put your baby in a crib right away and my grandma pushes formula... it's just how they were taught.

That is coming from a generation who thought that apple juice was great for newborns, and seat belts were just a suggestion. Skin to skin is scientifically proven to increase brain activity, neurological development and bonding. There is nothing bad about it.

I usually sleep naked. Babies sleep naked when it is hot ask well. We don't get dressed just to breast feed.
