what's the right weight
I'm 5'1 and I weight around 150 I've had trouble with my weight even back to when I was a kid I was very skinny but always saw myself as fat and now that I'm alittle older I find it hard to lose weight I'm stuck at 150 I've been up my highest at 160 and lowest at 140 what can I do to sort of spike weight loss
