Symphysis pubis dysfunction
Has anyone had this? I'm pretty sure I'm suffering from a split pelvic bone from child birth. From what I've read it's not dangerous but painful. My OB says we can check it at my 6 week checkup (in 3 weeks) so it doesn't sound like an urgent issue.
If any of you mamas has recovered from this, please tell me all about it! I'm 16 days postpartum.
