Ok ladies I've had bad heart burn the last week where I haven't been able to eat much and so forth informed the ob about this and she told me to eat a ghost pepper because they're so hot heart burn would feel like a tall glass of ice water. Has anyone else been told this or tried it? I did and I must say ghost pepper is hot and I thought I was gonna go into labor but with in the hour what heartburn I did have seemed like nothing compared to the ghost pepper.
