Brown spotting 6 weeks-history of miscarriage😢

I've woke up today to some brown spotting-exactly 6 weeks today! I've had 2 previous miscarriages at 6 weeks and a mmc at 12 weeks so naturally I'm really anxious! I called my Gp, got an appointment and she's arranged an early scan for me tomorrow afternoon! I feel relieved that they are going to check on everything, but will still have my heart in mouth until tomorrow 😩😢 anyone else been in this situation?
