Help need period advice please!!#

So last Wednesday I tock plan b a day before my period and my period came slow at first but it came on time... And I know your period can be affected by plan b but my period should of ened 2 days ago but I am still bleeding so far there are no clots it mostly just when I pee but I still have to wear a pad.. So if this normal or how long should i wait for the bleeding to stop before I go to my mom or the doctor.... I also have started working out recently and I been drinking protein and Bcca and glutamine and wondering if that what effecting it just please help
