Hi! I'm only 14 weeks pregnant with my second at the moment, but I've already got some concerns about breastfeeding. I had a lumpectomy just this last Novemeber and just from the hormones and swelling from pregnancy my breast hurts SO much sometimes. I know it's just going to get worse, so I'm wondering if anyone else has been through a similar situation and if they have any advice? Also (maybe TMI), one time in the shower at the beginning of my pregnancy, I was washing up and when I pressed on my breast some old blood cane out of the nipple. I'd this going to soak back into the body or am I going to have to pump it before to get it out?
