Baby measurements

Few days ago I had my first ultrasound. Baby is measuring at 13 wks and I was 15 wks at the time of the ultrasound. The doctor didn't seemed concerned, baby had strong heartbeat and very active. Anyone experienced this?

I know the exact day of my last menstral which calculates being 16 weeks Monday. Next ultraaound isn't for another two weeks.
