First of all, I have done kegals maybe 3x in my life for a total of like 15 kegals 😂.. And my vagina and pee holding and sex are fine after 2 babies. 2nd.. All these apps keep telling me to do kegals while I'm pregnant. Uhhhh.. Isn't that a complete waste of my time when a baby is going to rip through there and absolutely decimate my vagina anyways in a little while? 😂😂 if anything, I'd do them AFTER watermelon head comes out! 3rd... Don't you technically hold that muscle pretty much at all times unless you're peeing? Otherwise you would be peeing all the time..
