Just tried to make myself breakfast nachos, ate what I could and threw the rest away and then found myself just eating some cinnamon life cereal because I wasn't satisfied and still nauseous... now I'm still nauseous and feel guilty for eating again 😠as you can tell I'm having a love/hate relationship with food .
