Hey, how long did it take for you to lose weight after your loss?  I was 20 weeks and gained 18 pounds.  It's been three weeks and I've only lost 3 pounds.  I've been taking boot camp 1-2 times a week while doing weight training and cardio the other 3-4 days a week.  I want to lose 25-30 pounds before I get pregnant again, but I want to get pregnant soon.  Ahhhh!  I don't know what to do.  Is that too much pressure?
