When do I test?!?!?!

As of today I am 5 days overdue for AF. I took tested BFN last night, but have been feeling different. New back pain, nauseous, fatigue, mild cramps (but different from period cramps). Did I test to soon? How many days should I keep waiting for AF before testing again?!
