Hey mummas sorry for long post. So I have a 7 month old baby girl. We recently got back from a month trip traveling around Australia she was perfect stuck to her same routine everything while away slept through the night napped through the day. Since we have been home something has clicked in my baby she won't nap and continuously wakes up through the night. Tonight she has been up since 2:30 am it is now 5am and we have tried everything. Wrapping, cuddling, sushing letting cry out, and the only way we have been able to get her to sleep is to co sleep. Which I am not willing to continue as I return to work in 1 week working night shifts. Please can anyone help with any other ideas. Anything at all. No negative comments please I am a FTM and deprived of sleep
