Really bad pelvic pain!!

Since 6pm (about 3 1/2 hours ago) I've had the most horrible pelvic pain. I know it's my uterus because it's the same location as to where I get my period cramps. What could this mean?? I'm day 2 of high fertility and still yet to peak! Any answers ladies?? 😣
