Is it okay to take my BBT in the evening?

My family are overnight people. Sleep during the day and up by evening hours. Is it okay to take my basal temp in the evening due to that is when I  have consecutive hours of sleep?

As long as you take it at the same time each night with 4 hours of sleep. Make sure to not do much movement before you take your temp. Good luck!
