What food do you give into on your period?

I want to know ladies what are the desserts or food you crave the most on your period ?😍😥i crave ice cream the most but of course i cant have any due to the killer cramps i get 😭 why do you have to be like this period. 😥

I normally am a healthy eater. Lots of clean protein (plant based), fruits and veggies with a love of bread. The days leading up to AF- I would eat an entire convenience store full of junk food if my mind had its way. I try to keep myself busy or just indulge in chocolate with salty popcorn. The sweet and salty get me every time!
