What should I do?

I am about 5 weeks pregnant and I started bleeding Monday about mid day, it's only when I wipe and it varies from light pink to a light red colour. I haven't been getting cramps but I went to a&e Monday night and the doctor said its more than likely implantation bleeding where the womb is getting ready for the baby. I am still getting the blood/discharge when I wipe and a bit of pink/brown blood/discharge on my pad but not enough to change my pad often (can wear the same one all day and not need to change) Should I book an appointment with a nurse or just wait until my midwife appointment on the 25th of July?
