Early pregnancy or pms

Lower back pain, cramps but very mild, pinching in the side of my rib cage, fatigue, bloating, slight weight gain 140 now 144, vivid dreams. I've had 2 positive faint but a negative blood test and off and on spotting for 2 days that wasn't implantation but wasn't a heavy flow at all.
