Light bleeding in cramping

So i had a miscarriage at the end of april i didnt have a period for May which i know is normal my period did come for June the beginning of June actually but today i am having little bleeding only when i wipe myself n light cramping but my period is not for another week...has anybody been through this r know whats going on
