Should I be worried if I don't get my period for like months? I'm on cycle day 54 I ovulated (well the test I took said I was) on cycle day 20.. what the heck is going on!?' Should I be like running to the doctor? They ran blood work and all my levels came back normal! Now what!! Help 🙄 I'll never get pregnant. 😕😓

Are you stressed? Were you sexually active on that day? Ask for an ultra sound your next visit if your blood levels are normal. You did a pregnancy test? If your stressed you need to find a way to destress. Sometimes we miss our cycle because we are too stressed. Like a coworker was missing her husband and she was over a week to two weeks late. She said its happened before too but for 2 months.  So maybe it's stress

I skipped my period for four months when my husband deployed. It's normal to skip it when you are stressed or if a lot has been changing around you, etc. My obgyn said not to worry unless I skipped 6 in a row with no bleeding in between

You definitely did not ovulate when you thought. Opks don't confirm or guarantee ovulation unfortunately.
