TAKING PLAN B AFTER EVERY TIME WE HAVE SEX😳

So every time my bf and I have sex we don't use condoms. We've used condoms for 4 years and then he asked if we could stop using them. I agreed. We would use the pull out method which worked for me. For the past 4 months he hasn't used this method. The first time he came he told me it was a accident and we bought a plan b. Since then we would have unprotected sex ( not using the pull out method) and on the third day of us having sex he would buy a plan b. We don't want children right now. I'm in grad school and he has two children ( 18 & 9). He's made it clear that he doesn't want more children. My question is : is it healthy to consume 4 plan bs in a month? I told him we should condoms but he swears the sex is better without them. But when I tell him the risks he immediately says " no worries we'll get a plan b"
