I know it's common but I am just nervous. LO is 4 weeks tomorrow, I had a c section and we have been sleeping on our couch since our bedroom is upstairs. I got cleared by the doctor to go upstairs twice a day, so we are moving back up to our room tonight and decided to try having her sleep in her crib in our room. She has always slept on me. I know that by herself on her back is the best. We also bought the owlet to help ease my mind. Mommas how did you get over the fear during the night, especially the first night? I am a mess!
