Implantation bleeding?

I was supposed to start my period on the 22nd which I did. But was lighter than normal nothing Iv ever had. The first day was light bleeding. Then the next 4 days was just one drop of brown spotting. 5th day it stopped. Now my body feels extremely exhausted and still having mild cramping. Took tests all negative. Could I be pregnant?!?!
