They're nursing related I had them w my son and now I have them again only when I get pregnant veins and darker nipples are also just part of being pregnant and your boobs preparing for milk

They are montgomery tubercles. totally normal. a lot of women get them when they are pregnant but I haven't been pregnant in over 6 years and I have them all the time. they are nothing to worry about. they are basically a modified sweat gland and they lubricate your boobs when nursing. several different things can cause them when you aren't pregnant.
