long term relationship breakup
So I broke up with my fiancé of 5 years. It's been 3 months since I walked out - he was controlling, didn't like me going anywhere without him I couldn't see friends or family. 
Problem is he is the only person I've ever slept with sober and I'm terrified- not of moving on but of getting intimate with someone. I'm 26 and I've got such low self esteem and I just dunno what to do?
Any advice?
