first AF after miscarriage
Just wanted to see if anyone out there has experienced something similar.
On may 23rd I had a MC with my first pregnancy at 12 weeks. It all happened naturally within 8-10 hours. I bled for 2 and a half weeks after that. I was blood free for 5 days before I started spotting and started what I assume is my first period after. That was 2 weeks ago today. Over the last 4 or 5 days it just kept getting heavier and heavier and yesterday my dr put me on progesterone for 10 days to stop the bleeding.
Anyone know how long it takes progesterone to start working? Similar experiences?
I'm supposed to be at a pool all day Saturday so she said it's fine for me to use tampons. I've been using pads for the past 5 weeks and they're about to drive me CRAZY. I just want this to be over.
