Miscarriage.

Had two faint blue dye positives in the am the other day, confirmed with a first response. Was overwhelmed with happiness and then that evening I started experiencing a throbbing headache and dull pain in my uterus, I went to the bathroom and saw bright red blood, immediately knew something was wrong, long story short, I went to the doctors this morning and was confirmed it is a miscarriage. I feel so numb and hopeless. I've never experienced anything like this before, what do I do now..
