We finally got our BFP after losing our twins last November due to a heterotopic pregnancy, I was 8w4d. Took us 3 years to get pregnant that first time. This surprise is bittersweet, we would have been due this month. This was the first cycle that we stopped trying, thought my cycles were messed up again. I figured we didn't have a chance due to no ewcm, so I figured I didn't ovulate. I'm excited but so scared at the same time! Hoping & praying for a healthy baby & pregnancy💕
