Career + pregnancy question!

Ok so I am 38 weeks pregnant. I wasn't going to job hunt until after baby, but a LinkedIn contact posted a job that looked perfect so I went ahead and applied anyway. The manager just emailed me asking for an interview. So now I'm not sure what to do since I'm so obviously pregnant, lol. Do you think I should email her back and tell her that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and won't be able to start something new until after my 12 weeks of maternity leave is up, and then ask if that changes whether or not they want to interview me? Or should I just show up to the interview looking obviously pregnant and discuss it with them then? I don't want to waste their time if they can't hold the position for me, but I also don't want them to rule me out before they even get a chance to talk to me face to face...because I really think this job would be a great fit! Any thoughts?
